The short version

We collect the information we need to clean your home or business and nothing more — your name, how to reach you, where you are, and what you want done. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not hand your phone number to anyone for marketing.

Who we are

Perfection Cleaning Services, LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning in Scranton, Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, email address, and the address where the work happens.
  • Job details — the type of cleaning you want, the size and condition of the space, entry and key instructions, pets, parking, and your preferred days and times.
  • Payment details — handled by our payment processor. We can see that an invoice was paid. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Website activity — which pages you visited, the browser and device you used, and your general location from your IP address.

How we collect it

  • You give it to us when you call, text, email, request an estimate, or book through this website.
  • Our scheduling software stores your job, your quote, your appointments, and your invoices.
  • Automatically, through standard website cookies and analytics.

What we use it for

  • Quoting, scheduling, and actually performing your cleaning.
  • Sending estimates, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival notices, invoices, and receipts.
  • Answering your questions and following up after a job.
  • Keeping our records straight and improving how we work.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Text messaging terms

Consent. By giving us your mobile number — on our website form, in writing, or verbally when you book — you agree that Perfection Cleaning Services may contact you by text message about your service. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

What we will text you about. Estimates and quotes, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, crew arrival notices, schedule changes, invoices and receipts, and replies to questions you send us.

How often. Message frequency varies and depends on your service schedule and the conversations you start with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (570) 290-6530. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your service or remove you as a customer — we will simply reach you by phone or email instead.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number stays with us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as our scheduling and messaging platform, is permitted solely so that we can message you. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

  • The software we run the business on — our scheduling and invoicing platform, our payment processor, and our email provider. They handle your information only to provide that service to us.
  • Our cleaning teams — only the details they need to reach you and do the job: address, access instructions, and the scope of work.
  • When the law requires it — in response to a valid legal request.

That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as you are a customer, and afterward for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal reasons. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of the work and the payment.

How we protect it

Your information is stored in password-protected business accounts, with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, but we do not leave customer records sitting in vehicles, and we do not store card numbers ourselves.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Reply STOP to texts, or unsubscribe from emails, at any time.

Call or email and we will take care of it.

Children

Our services are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Cookies
